James Paulson has been the President or Vice-President of Yellowbird Products Ltd., a private holding company since 1976 and is the Chairman of the Corporation. He is an officer and director of private companies with interests in real estate, oil and gas, technology, and financial investments. He received his B. Comm. from the University of Calgary in 1970 and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario in 1972.

Peter Paulson has been the President or Vice-President of Yellowbird Products Ltd., a private holding company since 1976 and is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation. He has developed and/or patented new technologies or products in several different industries. Yellowbird is a holding company with interests in real estate, oil and gas and technology. He is the inventor of the Company's patented SoundPrint® technology. Mr. Paulson's technologies have received national and international recognition from industry and research organizations. He received a B.Sc. (Physics) in 1969 from the University of Calgary.

Michael Kanovsky is a professional engineer in mechanical engineering from Queen's University and obtained an M.B.A. from the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Kanovsky was Vice President of Corporate Finance for Western Canada for a large Canadian investment dealer, prior to co-founding Northstar Energy Corporation in 1978. Mr. Kanovsky served on Northstar Energy Corporation's Board of Directors until it was acquired by Devon Energy Corporation in 1998. Mr. Kanovsky is currently active in the energy industry and is currently a director of Devon Energy Corporation, Arc Resources Ltd., Bonavista Petroleum Corporation , TransAlta Corporation and several private companies.

Daryl (Doc) Seaman is the Chairman and President of Dox Investments Inc., a private holding company. Between 1949 and 1992 Mr. Seaman has held the following positions; Past Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Director and co-founder of Bow Valley Industries Ltd. Mr. Seaman is currently a director of the following Toronto Stock Exchange listed companies: CCR Technologies Ltd. and Bow Valley Energy Ltd. Mr. Seaman is also a director of Far West Mining Ltd., a TSX Venture listed company. He is a co-owner and director of the Calgary Flames Hockey Club.
Jerome Stubler

Jerome Stubler is Managing Director of Freyssinet International & Cie of Paris, France and President of Advitam Group, Pure's strategic marketing partner outside of North America. He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique, Paris and Ecole Nationale Des Ponts Et Chaussees. He has been with the Freyssinet Group since 1989 serving as Project Manager for Freyssinet on the Hibernia offshore production platform, the Normandy Bridge and the Vasco de Gama Bridge in Portugal. He was the Technical Manager for Freyssinet from 1995-2000.

John F. Elliott, P.Eng.
Chief Operating officer
John (Jack) Elliott is a professional engineer with a degree in civil engineering from National University of Ireland (Cork). Mr. Elliott joined Pure Technologies in 1996 as Vice President and since that time has been critical member of the Senior Management team, most specifically responsible for business development, sales and operations. Prior to joining Pure Technologies Mr. Elliott was General Manager of Structural Diagnostics Limited, Operations Manager and General Manager of CCD Western Limited and Operations Manager for Cana Construction Limited. Mr. Elliott is a Past President of the American Concrete Institute (Alberta Chapter), and is a member of the International Association of Bridge and Structural Engineers (IABSE) and the Federation Internationale du Beton.
Karen Keebler, CA
Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary
Karen Keebler is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta. Ms. Keebler received her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary. With over 15 years experience in financial management, she recently joined Pure Technologies as the CFO. She is responsible for financial and accounting operations and administration functions. Prior to joining Pure Technologies, Ms. Keebler was the Canadian controller for NuFlo Measurement Systems.
Mark W. Holley
President – Pure Technologies U.S. Inc.
Mark Holley is a member of the Alberta Society of Engineering Technologists as well as numerous industry organizations and received a Diploma in Chemical Engineering Technology from Sheridan College. Mr. Holley joined Pure Technologies in 1996 as Marketing Manager and in 2001 was promoted to Vice President – Pure Technologies U.S. Inc. responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the corporate sales programs. Prior to joining Pure Technologies Mr. Holley was a principal of M2 Digital Interactive and served in managerial positions with Cathodic Technology Ltd. and Structural Diagnostics Limited, where he was responsible for regional market and business development.
Michael R. Wrigglesworth
Vice President – Middle East & Africa
Michael Wrigglesworth is an engineer with a bachelor of science degree in engineering from the University of Guelph. Mr. Wrigglesworth joined Pure Technologies in 2000 as a sales engineer and was promoted to Vice President – Middle East & Africa in 2006. He is responsible for the marketing and operations of Pure Technologies in this geographical area. Prior to joining Pure Technologies, Mr. Wrigglesworth owned his own technical services company.
